Dan-Gun – 21 Moves

  1. Turn left 90° into a right “L” stance (left foot forward), double knife-hand guarding block.
  2. Step forward into a right walking stance (right foot forward), right high section punch.
  3. Pick up the right foot and turn right 180° into a left “L” stance (right foot forward), double knife-hand guarding block.
  4. Step forward into a left walking stance (left foot forward), left high section punch.
  5. Pick up left foot, turn left 90° to a left walking stance, left down block.
  6. Step right foot forward to right walking stance, right high section punch.
  7. Step left foot forward to left walking stance, left high section punch.
  8. Step right foot forward to right walking stance, right high section punch (Kihap).
  9. Pick up left foot, turn left 270° to a right “L” stance, twin forearm block.
  10. Step right foot forward to right walking stance, right high section punch.
  11. Pick up right foot, turn right 180° to a left “L” stance, twin forearm block.
  12. Step left foot forward to left walking stance, left high section punch.
  13. Pick up left foot, turn left 90° to a left walking stance, left down block.
  14. Without moving feet, left high block.
  15. Step right foot forward to a right walking stance, right high block.
  16. Step left foot forward to a left walking stance, left high block.
  17. Step right foot forward to a right walking stance, right high block.
  18. Pick up left foot, turn left 270° to a right “L” stance, left knife-hand strike.
  19. Step right foot forward to right walking stance, right high section punch.
  20. Pick up right foot, turn right 180° to a left “L” stance, right knife-hand strike.
  21. Step left foot forward to left walking stance, left high section punch (Kihap).
